As you prepare for the Together’24 experience, check out the conference schedule.
We’ve broken down the schedule to give you a teaser of what’s to come!
Take a look at the outline below.
A few things to remember:
*Sunday and Friday are travel days.
*Community service opportunities are open from Tuesday to Friday, so you can stop by whenever you want.
*All three meals are offered on campus every day.
*We have designated time slots for you and your team to work on the final-day project. But feel free to also work on your creation whenever it makes sense with your schedule.
* Together is unpredictable, so it might be a smart idea to pack a swimsuit.
9/30 - DAY 1: BEING TOGETHER
Day 1 of the conference is here! We’ll take the time to establish strong connections, setting a foundation that allows us to focus on learning as one throughout our time together.

Whether you to choose to work together or on your own, this time is intended to be used for whatever you need – time for project work, team training, a team meeting, etc.

Stop by the registration desk for your name badge and swag bag. Then, meet us at the patio to unwind and connect. Feel free to stay as long or as little as you want!
10/1 DAY 2: CONNECTING TOGETHER
Day 2 is focused on forming connections within your teams and the enterprise as a whole. Plus, hear from some of the most interesting voices in our studio in laid-back fireside chats.

This time is for you to choose what to do! Some already have pre-scheduled teambuilding activities; others might choose to participate in one of our many community service opportunities on campus. If you need this time to work on client projects, feel free to do so.

10/2 - DAY 3: LEARNING TOGETHER
Day 3 is all about learning together. You’ll hear from voices from the enterprise on relevant and timely topics.

10/3 DAY 4: BUILDING TOGETHER
Day 4 is all about enterprise-wide connections. Get ready for an activity that will challenge your creativity! Think you can stay afloat?

Get ready for a fun filled afternoon! We'll start at the Deuce where you'll collect your projects in their current state to be transported to Osage Park. We'll meet at the Pavilion so you can put your final touches before launch!
And don't worry if you get hungry, we'll have lunch at the park.
